NearbyRozgar operates in strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). We process personal data solely for lawful hyper-local employment matchmaking between Job Givers and Job Seekers.
Job Seekers' full residential addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are NEVER disclosed to Job Givers prior to mutual application acceptance. Givers see only an A4-style profile card containing age, general locality, education, and language proficiencies. All identity documents are served via 60-second expiring signed URLs.
Listing views are counted uniquely once per 24 hours using salted one-way hashes (HMAC-SHA256). No raw IP addresses or persistent browsing histories are stored in our view logs.
In accordance with DPDP rules, unselected applicant data is automatically purged after 90 days. Users may also request complete, immediate account erasure at any time via their profile settings.
